Gypsy Scrubs, LLC operates an online retail website and participates in in-person pop-up events offering medical scrubs and related apparel. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Products and Services

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or current.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products at any time
     
  • Limit quantities purchased per order
     
  • Refuse service to any individual at our discretion
     

All products are subject to availability.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping, Pickup, and Delivery

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances. Gypsy Scrubs, LLC is not responsible for delays once packages have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

For pop-up events or local pickup:

  • Pickup details will be provided at checkout or via email
     
  • Unclaimed orders may be refunded or restocked at our discretion
     

5. Returns and Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety considerations related to medical apparel:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify for a return or exchange
     
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
     

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, images, text, graphics, and designs, is the property of Gypsy Scrubs, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Return and Refund Policy

At Gypsy Scrubs, LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and safety standards associated with medical apparel, we accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition
     
  • All original tags must be attached
     
  • Items must be free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage
     
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
     

Any items returned that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked “Final Sale”
     
  • Clearance or discounted items
     
  • Gift cards
     
  • Items purchased at pop-up events (unless defective)
     

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size
     
  • Defective or damaged items
     

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be issued at our discretion.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
     
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider
     

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
     
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
     
  • Gypsy Scrubs, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
     

If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective item), return shipping will be covered by us.

6. Pop-Up Event Purchases

All purchases made at pop-up events are considered final sale unless the item is defective at the time of purchase. Please inspect items carefully before completing your transaction at a pop-up.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
     
  • Photos of the item and packaging
     

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
